for sound one of the BEST MotoGP circuits was actually INDIANAPOLIS here in 'Murica. i attended both the Inaugural GP, the Final GP, and like 3 or 4 GP's in between. still watch old video clips i recorded in the same context for the sound and visuals of Rossi on the Yam and Stoner on the Ducati blasting down the straight during practice. while the old "never-do well" GSVR Suzuki didn't perform great in competition, it actually had an amazing sound. ref: they ran a narrow angle 65 degree V4 for years (even before Aprilia) before building their own Crossplane, and finally taking a championship during Covid.

La mia infanzia e adolescenza. Cresciuto a olio e motori tra superbike, rally, motomondiale e F1. Non saprei contare quante gare viste dal vivo o in tv. I ricordi più belli al mare TV a tubo catodico su un tavolo a tutto volume a fare il tifo con tutta la gente del posto ora la F1 ora la superbike. Adesso c'è lo stesso potenziale ma le pay TV stanno ammazzando la genuinità del tifo con l'ombra del denaro.
